CMG manufacturing
Quality documentation begins with the equipment configuration.
CMG aligns manufacturing, inspection information and delivery discussion to the equipment and project requirements identified in the RFQ. The public site separates published source data from documents that must be confirmed for a specific model and supply scope.
1. Define the supplied scope
Confirm the model or family, complete-set components, carrier or tow interface, optional monitoring, spare-parts needs and destination before comparing a quotation.
2. Align the document set
Request the applicable specification, configuration notes, drawings, operating guidance, maintenance information and parts documentation for the quoted equipment.
3. Keep evidence traceable
Record which model and configuration each numeric value or document belongs to. If a certificate, test report or inspection record has not been supplied for publication, the site does not present it as a public claim.
4. Plan the handover
Use the RFQ to identify delivery constraints, communication contacts, document format and the project acceptance route. Final site safety, geotechnical design and acceptance remain project responsibilities.
